Recently, The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality held an art contest as a part of their Take Care of Texas program. Students in grades K-5 all around Texas were asked to submit artwork showing how they help support the environment.
Ava White, a 5th grader from Pink Elementary in Frisco, TX, was selected from among 2,600 submissions as the Grand Prize Winner for her work, “Give Polluting and Littering the Boot!” Ava is the granddaughter of Richard White, a Norwex business analyst.
For her creative accomplishment, the Commission awarded Ava with a Samsung laptop, which she received in a special ceremony in Austin, TX.
We congratulate Ava on her success, and to honor her support of our Mission, Norwex sent her a Norwex Kids Mop, Kids Dust Mitt and Kids EnviroCloth®.

Congratulations, Ava!
Congrats Ava! And Go Texas 🙂
Love it! As a Texas native, I’m glad to see this!!
